Pumay Enclosure product structure

Pumay’s product structure is typically explained through its aluminum enclosure design, which can be either integrated or modular extruded profiles.

The product range includes integrated profile enclosures,  modular aluminum profile enclosures, IP68 waterproof aluminum alloy case, assembled instrument chassis, 19-inch standard aluminum chassis, and aluminum alloy panels.  Common shapes include regular squares, rectangles, and oval shapes.

Width ranges from 25 mm to 482mm,  height ranges from 13mm to 180mm, and length can be customized according to customer requirements.

enclosure thickness varies between 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm for regular profile enclosure and 3.0 mm to 5.0mm for the waterproof enclosure. The panel thickness for the 19-inch chassis ranges from 3.0mm to 5.0mm.

The sheet thickness of regular profile shells typically ranges from 1.2 mm to 3.0mm, while the panel cover of the 19-inch chassis ranges from 2.0mm to 2.5mm.

The connection methods include screw fixation between the shell and the panel for both profile and waterproof shells. This provides stability and allows for easy disassembly, facilitating future maintenance and replacement. The 19-inch chassis typically uses corner brackets and screws to connect the front and rear panels, as well as screws to fix the shell and cover, enhancing structural stability.

Additionally, Pumei’s shell design emphasizes aesthetics and user-friendliness. Surface treatments such as anodizing and spraying are commonly applied to enhance the overall appearance and quality. Pumei also considers the convenience of installation and maintenance, designing easy-to-install access channels and removable panel covers for effortless equipment installation and regular maintenance.
