Fit & assembly
Length, internal space, panels and mounting features.
Use this guide as a starting point. Final suitability depends on your components, installation and agreed specification.
| Your requirement | Start with | Confirm before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| PCB-based electronic device | Extruded enclosure | Internal clearance, grooves, panel cutouts |
| Water exposure or sealed assembly | Waterproof enclosure | Complete assembly, cable-entry sealing, applicable report |
| 19-inch rack installation | Rackmount chassis | Height, depth, mounting and airflow |
| Audio equipment housing | Amplifier enclosure | Heat management, controls and connectors |
| Custom panels or mounting parts | CNC machined parts | Drawing revision, material and critical tolerances |
Work from an existing model where suitable. A new cross-section or special tooling is assessed separately during quotation.

Surface process, critical inspection items and applicable records.
Ask for the information that applies to your model and order, including the drawing, material, finish and inspection requirements.
Meet PUMAY & Explore the Facility ↗Check external and internal dimensions, fixing points and the approved drawing revision.
For sealed housings, confirm the rated configuration and supporting report. Custom openings can change the requirements.
Confirm sample and production quantities, tooling needs and lead time for the selected model and process.
Start with the board and component dimensions, including connector access and assembly clearance. Compare these with the model drawing or send the dimensions to our team.
Discuss the required length, panels, cutouts, holes, surface finish and marking. Feasibility is reviewed for the chosen model and drawing.
An existing profile may suit your design without a new extrusion die. New cross-sections and specialized parts can require tooling; confirm the scope and fees in the quotation.
Provide the model, quantity, finish and machining requirements. Confirm sample and batch conditions in your quotation, including the schedule starting point and whether days are business days.
Define the environment, cable entries and installed components. Request information for the complete assembled configuration and the applicable test conditions.
From drawing review to samples, production and shipment — confirm the schedule for your project at every step.
