The material selection and manufacturing process of a waterproof enclosure is an important factor in ensuring waterproof performance. Common waterproof enclosure material selection and manufacturing process is as follows:

Material selection:
1, polycarbonate (PC): has good impact resistance and transparency, commonly used in the manufacture of cell phone waterproof enclosures.
2, polyurethane (PU): good abrasion resistance and flexibility, suitable for the manufacture of waterproof enclosures for outdoor use.
3, Silicone (Silicone): has good high-temperature resistance and flexibility, commonly used in the manufacture of waterproof earphone covers and waterproof bags for cell phones.
4, Polyethylene (PE): good corrosion resistance and low-temperature performance, suitable for manufacturing industrial use of waterproof enclosure.

Manufacturing process:
1, injection molding: the molten plastic material is injected into the mold, after cooling and curing to form the shape of the waterproof enclosure.
2, die-casting molding: the molten metal material into the mold, after cooling and curing to form the shape of the waterproof enclosure.
3、Vacuum forming: The plastic sheet is softened by heating and placed in the mold, the plastic sheet is adsorbed on the surface of the mold by vacuum, and the shape of the waterproof enclosure is formed after cooling and curing.
4, 3D printing: The use of 3D printing technology will be stacked layer by layer of plastic materials to form the shape of the waterproof enclosure.
5, bonding process: multiple parts using special glue or adhesive bonding together to form a complete waterproof enclosure structure.
