what do we do for you?
PUMAY Apart from selling enclosures, we also provide customized services. Including making a new mold for OEM, design , cut-out, changing the length of the aluminum enclosure, different finish treatments like sandblasting, brush. changing the color of our boxes, silk screen printing, laser carve (engraving) and packing.

We strive to provide a quote within 24 hours from the time a complete drawing or specification is received, and often we can quote on the same day. 2. Drawing
what kind of format is available for the drawing of the cutout?
Answer: We are Prefer CAD cutout drawing or STEP, if you do not have CAD, PDF, hand-make, or send us what you will put in the box real parts are also ok for us.
- 3. Price
1)How much cost if the goods are cut to different lengths, cut out, and change color?
- Answer: The price will be depended on the size of the box, and what shape of the holes, and how many holes on one box, also your Qty . Usually, our MOQ is 50 pcs when you need customization.
- 2)We want to drill holes & silkscreen on this item. How much does it cost?
- Please send our drawing of the printing & cut-out or tell us the quantity, shape, and position of the holes so that we can quote for you.
- 3)Could you give a discount on the products if we buy more pieces?
- Yes, we can.

- 4)what's the price for batch production?
- It's according to the length, the quantity, and the complexity of customization.
- 5.Can we just get 2-3 sample pieces of this item with cut-out?
- Our MOQ for customizing this item is 20/ 50 pcs. We’ll quote the cost for making customized samples and the shipping cost & delivery day for it. After you’ve got the sample and confirmed it, we’ll go on processing the rest of the product.
4. Sample
- Can you provide samples for free?
- Not every item sample is for free. The customer should undertake the shipping cost. we will return it back when proceed into mass production.
5. Services
1) Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients drawings.
2) Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to a third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.
- 3) For silkscreen colors in the design, how to confirm the color?
- Before mess production, we will make one sample send a picture and video for you to confirm. after getting your confirmation then start production.

4) What is the MOQ?
Answer: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototypes or samples for clients to ensure quality standards.
- 5) what customization can do for the box?
- we can do anodized, anodized coloring, polishing, powder coating, brushing cutouts, customizing the length. If the existing mold can't use, we can create mold.
6) How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be of poor quality?
Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will be no non-conformance; in case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time, the resulting transportation costs borne by our company.

- Yes, box package and end plate and screws.
8) How long is the delivery time?
- It usually takes 12-15 days for production.

1) Why does the shipping cost so much for some items in your store?- normally we will compare with 10 different shipping ways to offer you the best one. some shipping cost is Automatic platform generation. Please contact us for a reasonable shipping cost.
2) how do ship the boxes?
- Can ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS. For sample parcel, can ship by China Post Aie Mail, ePacket, and Y-W special line.
