Aluminum Alloy is the most widely used Non-ferrous metal structural material in the industry. Alumina was reduced to aluminum in the laboratory in 1808 and has been used as a building material in the American Washington Monument since 1884; Aluminum Alloy material which is synthesized by adding various metal elements has been widely used in the building industry.

In 1908 Alcoa invented electric aluminum alloy 1050 and made it into an Aluminium conductor steel-reinforced cable, pioneering high-voltage long-distance transmission.
 

The invention of alloy 2017 in 1915 and of Alloy 2024 in 1933 rapidly expanded the use of aluminum in aircraft In 1933, Alcoa invented the 6061 alloys, then created the extrusion quenching process, significantly expanding the application of extrusion profiles.
 

In 1943, Alcoa invented the 6063 alloy and the 7075 alloys, ushering in a new era of high-strength aluminum alloy.
 

In 1965 Alcoa invented the A356 cast aluminum alloy, this is the classic casting aluminum alloy.
 

With further research on the aluminum alloy materials, the high-strength Aluminum Alloys (series 2000,7000) has been used in commercial aircraft with excellent comprehensive performance, which has reached more than 80% of its structural quality Therefore, the global aviation industry has received widespread attention. Aluminum Alloy began to be gradually applied to life, military, scientific and technological aspects.
